Legal: Important Landlord Information

Energy Performance Certificate
Landlords. A current EPC is required by law.  Rightmove also requires a digital EPC image to be included with your ads.  We will ask you for this when we visit your property on inspection.  We will be able to arrange this for you if required.

Gas Certificate
A valid Gas Certificate is required every year. Please make sure you are covered. We will be able to arrange this for you.

Proof of Property Ownership
In order to avoid fraud we ask you for proof of property ownership.  Please supply documents and a copy of your passport. We will ask you for this when we visit your property on inspection.

Tenant Fees
Tenants will be responsible for comprehensive tenancy referencing & tenancy contract charges.

Upgrading your plan:
Flexible! If you would like to upgrade to a higher plan this can be done by simply paying the difference between the individual price plans.
